I am so angry with such things of arbitrary charges of China Unicom. Why it treats with me in this way, a loyal customer? In the complaints, I confirmed that if the matter would not properly settled, I would ask it to give me an economic compensation, or I would complain to the Consumer’s Association, the headquarter of China Unicom and Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. On mobile board of 88 BBS, I wrote a letter as follows. You can know the detailed information about this matter from this letter.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u8054\u901a\u8ba9\u6211\u5f88\u5931\u671b\uff0c\u6211\u8981\u6301\u7eed\u6295\u8bc9\uff0c\u5927\u5bb6\u5e2e\u5e2e\u5fd9\uff0c\u8c22\u8c22\u8bf6\uff01<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u5177\u4f53\u60c5\u51b5\u662f\u8fd9\u6837\u7684\uff1a<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u6628\u5929\u6211\u5728<\/span>10010.com<\/span>\u4e0a\u67e5\u8be2<\/span>3<\/span>\u6708\u4efd\u7684\u8bdd\u8d39\uff0c\u5408\u8ba1\u7684\u8bdd\u8d39\u548c\u67e5\u770b\u8be6\u5355\u540e\u7684\u8bdd\u8d39\u603b\u989d\u52a0\u8d77\u6765\u5bf9\u4e0d\u4e0a\uff0c\u521a\u597d\u5dee\u4e86<\/span>10<\/span>\u5143\uff0c\u6211\u8fd8\u73b0\u5728\u60f3\u662f\u4e0d\u662f\u7cfb\u7edf\u51fa\u9519\u8fd8\u662f\u6211\u7b97\u9519\u4e86\uff1b\u4eca\u5929\u6211\u63a5\u7740\u53c8\u62e8\u6253<\/span>10010<\/span>\u67e5\u672c\u6708\u8bdd\u8d39\uff0c\u628a\u5408\u8ba1\u8d39\u7528\u548c\u5404\u5206\u9879\u8d39\u7528\u53ca\u672c\u6708\u4f18\u60e0\u7684\u8d39\u7528\u505a\u4e00\u5bf9\u7167\uff0c\u4ecd\u7136\u662f\u83ab\u540d\u5176\u5999\u7684\u591a\u4e86<\/span>10<\/span>\u5143\u3002\u5728\u7ecf\u8fc7\u786e\u8ba4\u540e\uff0c\u4e0b\u5348\u6211\u6253<\/span>10010<\/span>\u6295\u8bc9\uff0c\u5f88\u5feb\u5c31\u6709\u56de\u590d\u8bf4\u662f\u90a3\u591a\u51fa\u6765\u7684<\/span>10<\/span>\u5143\u662f\u5f00\u901a\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u53eb\u505a\u201c\u5bb6\u5ead\u603b\u673a\u201d\u7684\u8bed\u97f3\u589e\u503c\u670d\u52a1\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u8001\u5929\u7237\u554a\uff0c\u6211\u4ece\u6765\u4e5f\u6ca1\u542c\u8bf4\u8fc7\u8fd9\u6837\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e1a\u52a1\u540d\u5b57\uff0c\u95ee\u4ec0\u4e48\u65f6\u5019\u3001\u600e\u4e48\u5f00\u901a\u7684\uff0c\u5bf9\u65b9\u8bf4\u4e5f\u4e0d\u662f\u5f88\u6e05\u695a\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u7ee7\u7eed\u8c03\u67e5\uff0c\u5728<\/span>1-3<\/span>\u4e2a\u5de5\u4f5c\u65e5\u5185\u7ed9\u6211\u7b54\u590d\u3002<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u7d27\u63a5\u7740\u6211\u5728\u7f51\u4e0a\u67e5\u6240\u8c13\u7684\u201c\u5bb6\u5ead\u603b\u673a\u201d\uff0c\u679c\u7136\u662f\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\u53eb\u5929\u821f\u901a\u4fe1\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u641e\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e0e\u8054\u901a\u5408\u4f5c\u7684\u4e1a\u52a1\uff0c\u201c\u5bb6\u5ead\u603b\u673a\u201d\u4e1a\u52a1\u7f51\u9875\u662f<\/span>http:\/\/ihome.95013.com\/<\/span>\u3002\u4ed4\u7ec6\u770b\u4e86\u4e00\u4e0b\u5b83\u7684\u5f00\u901a\u65b9\u5f0f\uff1a\u201c\u5f00\u901a\u65b9\u5f0f\uff1a\u672c\u4ea7\u54c1\u652f\u6301\u8425\u4e1a\u5385\u3001\u4eba\u5de5\u5ba2\u670d\u70ed\u7ebf\uff08<\/span>950130000<\/span>\uff09\u548c<\/span>WEB<\/span>\u7f51\u7ad9\uff08<\/span>www.95013.com<\/span>\uff09\u5f00\u901a\u3002\u201d\u53ef\u662f\u6211\u6839\u672c\u6ca1\u6709\u4f7f\u7528\u8fc7\u4ee5\u4e0a<\/span>3<\/span>\u79cd\u65b9\u5f0f\u4e2d\u7684\u4efb\u610f\u4e00\u79cd\uff0c\u600e\u4e48\u4e5f\u7ed9\u6211\u5f00\u901a\u4e86\u5462\uff1f\u4e8e\u662f\u6211\u62e8\u6253\u4e86<\/span>950130000<\/span>\u7684\u5ba2\u670d\u70ed\u7ebf\uff08\u6d59\u6c5f\u7701\u5185\u8054\u901a\u624b\u673a\u7528\u6237\u62e8\u6253\u662f\u514d\u8d39\u7684\uff09\uff0c\u8be2\u95ee\u6211\u7684\u4e1a\u52a1\u5f00\u901a\u60c5\u51b5\uff0c\u5ba2\u670d\u8bf4\u7684\u542b\u7cca\u4e0d\u6e05\uff0c\u5c31\u8bf4\u662f<\/span>1<\/span>\u6708\u4efd\u5c31\u5f00\u901a\u7684\uff0c\u6211\u95ee\u600e\u4e48\u5f00\u901a\u7684\uff0c\u56de\u7b54\u8bf4\u662f\u6709\u4eba\u5411\u6211\u63a8\u8350\u5f00\u901a\u7684\uff0c\u6211\u975e\u5e38\u751f\u6c14\uff0c\u6839\u672c\u5c31\u6ca1\u6709\u4eba\u5411\u6211\u63a8\u8350\u8fc7\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u63a8\u8350\u8fc7\uff0c\u6211\u4e5f\u4e0d\u4f1a\u5f00\u901a\uff0c\u5bf9\u6211\u6ca1\u6709\u7528\u3002\u6211\u53c8\u95ee\u4e3a\u4ec0\u4e48<\/span>1<\/span>\u3001<\/span>2<\/span>\u6708\u4efd\u6ca1\u6709\u6536\u6708\u529f\u80fd\u8d39\uff0c<\/span>3<\/span>\u6708\u4efd\u624d\u5f00\u59cb\u6536\u7684\uff1f\u5bf9\u65b9\u56de\u7b54\u8bf4\u67e5\u4e0d\u5230\u8d39\u7528\u6263\u9664\u60c5\u51b5\uff0c\u95ee\u6211\u662f\u5426\u53d6\u6d88\u6b64\u4e1a\u52a1\uff0c\u6211\u8bf4\u597d\u7684\uff0c\u4e8e\u662f\u5c31\u53d6\u6d88\u4e86\uff0c\u63a5\u7740\u6765\u4e86\u4e00\u6761\u77ed\u4fe1\u786e\u8ba4\u4e86\u6211\u5df2\u7ecf\u53d6\u6d88\u4e86\uff08\u5f53\u521d\u6211\u88ab\u83ab\u540d\u5176\u5999\u5b9a\u5236\u4e86\u8fd9\u4e2a\u4e1a\u52a1\u600e\u4e48\u6ca1\u6709\u77ed\u4fe1\u901a\u77e5\u6211\uff1f\uff09\u63a5\u7740\u6211\u62e8\u6253<\/span>10010<\/span>\u518d\u6b21\u6295\u8bc9\u4e86\u6b64\u4e8b\uff0c\u5e0c\u671b\u8054\u901a\u5c3d\u5feb\u5904\u7406\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e2a\u6708\u7684<\/span>10<\/span>\u5143\u529f\u80fd\u8d39\u5df2\u7ecf\u88ab\u6263\u6389\u4e86\uff0c\u7ed9\u6211\u4e00\u4e2a\u6ee1\u610f\u7b54\u590d\uff0c\u5426\u5219\u6211\u4f1a\u6bcf\u5929\u5411<\/span>10010<\/span>\u6295\u8bc9\u3001\u5411\u8054\u901a\u603b\u90e8\u6295\u8bc9\u3001\u5411\u5de5\u4fe1\u90e8\u6295\u8bc9\uff0c\u76f4\u5230\u95ee\u9898\u89e3\u51b3\u597d\u4e3a\u6b62\u3002<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u5927\u5bb6\u518d\u5e2e\u6211\u5206\u6790\u4e00\u4e0b\uff0c\u770b\u770b\u63a5\u4e0b\u6765\u6211\u8fd8\u80fd\u600e\u4e48\u53bb\u505a\u597d\u4e0a\u8ff0\u6295\u8bc9\uff0c\u6211\u4e3b\u52a8\u53d6\u6d88\u4e86\u4e1a\u52a1\u662f\u5426\u4f1a\u6709\u4ec0\u4e48\u5f71\u54cd\uff1f\u8981\u6c42\u600e\u6837\u548c\u591a\u5c11\u8d54\u507f\u624d\u7b97\u662f\u5408\u7406\u7684\u5462\uff1f\u8c22\u8c22\u5927\u5bb6\uff01<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

I will wait for its replay in one or two days to see how China Unicom deals with this matter.\u00a0I think that the key points lie on three aspects. The\u00a0first is that the benefit of customers is aggrieved when the value-added service\u00a0was commissioned without any mentions in condition of innocence. The second is\u00a0that the consumption information of mobile was not clear and there were no\u00a0explanations of such monthly function fee, so the knowing right and clear consumption\u00a0right are still aggrieved. The third is that the company managing such service\u00a0is suspected to operate illegally to open the service arbitrarily, so I demand <\/span>China<\/span> Unicom investigate\u00a0this matter and the company should be punished severely.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
